About SBS
One company for the walls and the woodwork.
SBS Custom Finishes pairs expert painting with precision-built custom cabinetry — one crew, one standard of finish, based in Schaumburg and serving Chicagoland.
Why one crew matters.
Most projects pass through two or three trades that never talk to each other. We paint the rooms, build the cabinetry, hang the trim and lay the finish ourselves — so colors carry through, joints line up, and the details still read right a year later.
Woodworking and painting are the core of what we do, but they are just the tools. Anyone can paint or build a room — we craft the space you live in.
